So I’ve been running half heartedly all summer. Now I’m using the Nike training coach and going to try and step it up a notch and knock out this 30 pounds I’ve gained the last two years. Wish me luck!


So a couple weeks in I was doing really well on the running but my left leg was starting to hurt. I think my weight is too much for the 4 milers I was running. Looks like I gotta get the weight down to keep the running up higher!
